LAMINATION BLANKING - TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATIONS
This is a high-speed blanking process (maximum performance 800 strokes/min.) used for the production of components such as stators and rotors for electric motors, a market that is booming today. The presses available are equipped with a computerized die management system for the production of finished rotor and stator packs at programmed heights, also ensuring the rotation of laminations to compensate for the thickness error of the lamination to be blanked. In particular, the Autograf technology, developed by us in 1980, ensures versatile processing, directly on the machine.

Strongly expanding business unit, with a continuously growing fleet of machines to support markets such as the electromechanical and home appliances markets, but above all the automotive and micro-mobility markets. The plant layout, designed and built with the automotive industry in mind, ensures the management of an optimized flow, from receipt of the raw material to the finished product, with material handling performed using the AGV system.

The fleet of presses is of the latest generation and is served by automatic systems for extracting and unloading pieces to safeguard product quality.
Each plant is monitored by the MES system and production and traceability data are managed by the ERP system.

BLANKING DEPARTMENT

Presses with tonnage from 160T to 330T and press plate sizes up to 3,300 mm for the production of large parts such as EV motors.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Highly qualified department able to perform a wide range of activities including regular maintenance, preventive maintenance and any key tool adjustments.
