This blanking process is carried out by using mechanical presses whose tonnage is between 50 and 450 Tons, capable of creating complex components to cater to various industries, from the electromechanical to the automotive industry, up to the sector of small electrical contacts. The experience acquired throughout its history has led the company to creating and optimizing dies and parts, reaching a high level of precision and complexity and adding operations to the die construction process that would otherwise have been carried out with supplementary processes.

Our mechanical presses, whether single or twin column presses, ensure the creation of blanked parts in automatic (production from belt) and semi-automatic mode or, where necessary, manually.
The range of presses available, in terms of tonnage and size, guarantees high flexibility for blanking operations and as integration of the fine blanking process.
BLANKING DEPARTMENT
Presses from 50T to 450T, interlocking is customized to the product/process being created.
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
